This is a bit late, but 3.71 M33-3 is out, with Popsloader support.
A very good reason to install this update is because it will flash the fixed usbdevice.prx to your PSP, which means you are now free to flash custom themes to your PSP once again. No more nasty bricks as well.
To be used from either 3.71 M33 or 3.71 M33-2. Place the files into ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE, and run from the GAME menu in the XMB.
